Through the flags of the major tournaments where he has triumphed, we revisit these ten wonderful years with Jon — years that have brought us so much joy, whether on the golf course or in front of the TV. It is a unique opportunity to hear, in his own words, his reflections on each milestone along the way.
Put yourselves in our shoes for a moment. How do you sum up ten years of the professional career of someone who has been so successful without leaving anything important out? Getting it one hundred percent right is very difficult but, honestly, we believe we have come pretty close.
We had the unique opportunity to sit down with Jon Rahm for more than thirty minutes and go over with him an amazing journey that has already lasted ten years — and there’s still more to come.
Listening to his reflections on his professional debut, the majors, the Ryder Cup, the Open de España, and many other topics has been an incredible experience that we want to share with all of you.
Jon is much more than a colossal golfer. Jon is someone who still remains grounded, with humility and simplicity. We do not want to confuse anyone. He has a competitive gene and a hunger for victory that we have rarely seen, but, as you will see at some point in the interview, he is still a man with the humility and awareness of his roots that many successful professional athletes have lost over the years.
Jon’s career is full of joyful moments. We have chosen to focus on those, although you will see that some bitter memories also appear. This interview and the articles that accompany it are intended to be a celebration of the first ten years of a man who has given — and will continue to give — a great deal to Spanish golf.[gengo]
Following in the footsteps of Seve, José María Olazábal, and Sergio García, Jon has continued to put Spain on the map of golf and sport worldwide. He has also followed in the footsteps of giants such as Rafa Nadal, Pau Gasol, and Fernando Alonso so that the whole planet knows that when a Spaniard is competing, he will be difficult to beat.
In this interview, you will see that, in addition to golf and titles, we also speak with Jon about other issues that are central to understanding the person behind the logo — or rather, beneath the golf cap. In fact, Jon shares some reflections on his inner circle and his team with great depth.

We enjoyed making this interview enormously. We are aware that we are privileged. We only ask that you enjoy it as much as possible. It truly is worth it.
If you like it, do not miss the other articles and interviews we have produced to complete this celebration of all Spanish golf. What his Ryder Cup teammates say about these ten years of Jon’s career, the perspective and anecdotes of Spain’s leading players, and the views of his teammates in LIV Golf. Finally, but no less importantly, a review of Jon’s stature written by the best golf journalists in this country.
To finish, when we were little, we were taught at home to be grateful to those who have helped us in life.
To produce this series of articles, we have had the invaluable help of many people, whom we will mention below and to whom we owe a great deal: Gerardo Riquelme, Ignacio de la Cuesta, Carlos Palomo, David Durán, Alejandro Rodríguez, Óscar Díaz, Briony Carlyon, Clare Bodel, William Tickell, Pablo Larrazábal, Jorge Campillo, Rafa Cabrera Bello, Ángel Hidalgo, Ángel Ayora, Tom McKibbin, Sergio García, Josele Ballester, David Puig, Tyrrell Hatton, Tommy Fleetwood, Ludvig Åberg, Alex Noren, Nicolai Højgaard, Justin Rose, Shane Lowry, Eva Mouriño, Iñaki Ruiz (Villa 247), Jon Rahm, and Jeff Koski.
To all of them, from the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
